The Sheptytska community has improved its public alert system by installing new electric sirens.
“Last week, the community enhanced the centralized public alert system by additionally installing new electric sirens in the old administrative districts,” reported Ivan Vasko, head of the Department of Emergency Situations, Defense, and Mobilization of the Sheptytska City Council.
The sirens will operate centrally, in automatic mode, in the villages of Silets, Mezhyrichchia, Volsvyn, Pozdymyr, and Ostriv.
