In the Stryi community, a month’s worth of snow fell in just two days, causing significant difficulties in road clearance.
“Dear community, we see and hear your concerns,” – community representatives state. They emphasize that all communal and private equipment, as well as MKCP workers, are working 24/7. However, due to continuous snowfall, all 405 km of community roads cannot be cleared simultaneously.
Residents are urged to work remotely or online, avoid going out without urgent need, and refrain from leaving vehicles on the roadside. This obstructs the passage of clearing equipment. Owners of private homes and businesses are asked to clear snow around their premises and homes.
According to forecasts, the snowfall will cease tomorrow, allowing the cleaning results to be consolidated. “A little patience – it’s just snow!”
