For Ukraine’s Defenders Day, targeted one-off cash assistance totalling UAH 1,535,000 has been financed from the budget of the Truskavets community.
As stated in the orders of the Mayor Andriy Kulchynskyi dated 24.09.2026 No.466-r, No.467-r and 30.09.2026 No.479-r, No.480-r, the payments were organised by the Department of Social Protection and Healthcare of the Truskavets City Council, headed by Vira Ilnytska.
A one-off payment of UAH 5,000 was received by 177 family members of fallen Defenders of Ukraine, as well as 130 family members of service personnel who are missing in action or are being held captive. In total, 307 beneficiaries received support.
The funding was provided from the budget of the Truskavets community as part of social support measures for the state holiday.
