The Dobromyl City Council ASC has introduced a new administrative service: it now accepts documents for state registration of ownership of real estate, with the entry of information into the State Register of Proprietary Rights. The service is provided as part of cooperation with the Novokalyniv City Community.
Registration may be required, in particular, when a resident has received a decision approving land management technical documentation and needs to enter the data into the State Register of Proprietary Rights, or when an owner holds an old-format state act for land (the ‘red’ act) and must properly formalise ownership. The service is also available in other cases provided for by law.
Previously, community residents had to apply to the town of Staryi Sambir to carry out such registration. Now the necessary documents can be submitted directly at the Dobromyl City Council ASC, making the service more convenient for residents.
