The start dates of the 2026/27 heating season have been approved in Turka. The corresponding order of the Mayor has been adopted taking into account the requirements of the legislation and a decrease in the average daily air temperature over three days to below +8 °C.
According to the document, from 20 October 2026 heating will begin to be supplied to Turka Gymnasium No. 1 named after Oleksandr Ilnytskyi of Turka City Council, Turka General Secondary Education Institution No. 1, the pre-school education institutions of Turka City Council, as well as to the Municipal Non-Commercial Enterprise “Turka Central City Hospital” of Turka City Council.
For budget-funded institutions of Turka City Council, the population and other categories of consumers, the start of the heating season has been set for 26 October 2026.
Heads of budget-funded institutions are obliged, in the event that the average daily air temperature rises over three days above +8 °C, to suspend the supply of heating by their own orders.
The Department of Urban Planning, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services and Energy of the City Council (Yudytskyi P.L.) must submit information on the start of the 2026/27 heating season to the Department of Fuel and Energy Complex, Energy Efficiency and Housing and Communal Services of the Lviv Regional Military Administration.
The Director of the local radio broadcasting studio “Karpatskyi Homin” Vasylkiv O.I. is obliged to publish the order in the local mass media. Control over the implementation of the document has been assigned to the Deputy Mayors in accordance with the distribution of their functional responsibilities. The order was signed by the Mayor Yaroslav Parashchych.
