One-off payment for discharged veterans in Yavoriv community for Independence Day

In the Yavoriv territorial community, a decision of the Yavoriv City Council has introduced a one-off monetary payment to mark Ukraine's Independence Day. The payment will be made to war veterans from among discharged service personnel who took part in activities to defend Ukraine and are registered in the Yavoriv community.

Entitlement to the payment extends to war veterans, in particular discharged service personnel with disabilities as a result of war and combatants who carried out tasks related to ensuring Ukraine's defence, protecting the population and the interests of the state in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation, and who reside within the community.

To receive the payment, the following documents must be submitted:

  • a personal application from the citizen or their official representative;
  • a copy of the passport and a document confirming the place of residence or registration;
  • a copy of the document assigning the identification number;
  • a copy of the military ID;
  • a copy of the combatant's certificate;
  • for persons with disabilities as a result of war — a copy of the relevant certificate;
  • a copy of the certificate confirming participation in combat operations (Annex 6);
  • a bank account number opened at a bank branch.

The application and full set of documents can be submitted to the Veterans' Support Centre of the Yavoriv City Council at: Yavoriv, 10 Lvivska Street (in the CNAP premises). The notice also names the representatives of the Veterans' Support Centre of the Yavoriv City Council: Ihor Hrabovskyi and Kateryna Mykhasiak.
