Another meeting was held in the office of the chairman of the Horodotsk territorial community, Volodymyr Remenyak, on issues of community life in emergency situations.
The focus of attention is directed to the arrangement and adjustment of the functioning of heating points in the event of power and gas power outages. A very urgent task at the time of targeted enemy attacks on the country’s energy infrastructure.
If in previous years it was necessary to take care of a warm shelter for a small number of vulnerable people, the homeless, during the harsh winter period, now thousands of people in the region will probably need such protection.
Currently, a wide network of heating points is being developed with the maximum involvement of premises suitable for the residents of our community, internally displaced persons.
27 such locations that can accommodate 8,860 people have been pre-determined. The list of institutions will be expanded in the future. Work will continue to provide medical, social institutions and other important facilities with backup sources of power and water.
We are preparing for various scenarios.
We hope that emergency situations will still be avoided.
Because we believe in our native Armed Forces!
