The responsible authority has announced the full restoration of the EIAC information systems and the Territorial Community Register. This has made it possible to resume providing citizens with key administrative services.
In particular, the processing and issuance of passport documents have been restored, as well as services related to the registration of place of residence. Advance appointments for passport applications are made by telephone, using the numbers listed for the administrative service units.
The institutions thank citizens for their understanding and patience during the systems outage.
