At night, 26 snow-clearing machines cleaned the city streets, and in the morning, 1337 street sweepers joined the effort.
Throughout the night, municipal services actively cleared the city of snow and spread anti-icing materials on main roads, bridges, inclines, and sidewalks. “A total of 26 large municipal machines were working during the night”, the local authorities report.
To combat the ice, 25 m³ of sand-salt mixture was used. Residents are asked to report unexpected situations to the hotline at 15-80.
