Today, August 18, the executive committee of the Lviv City Council did not approve the construction of high-rise buildings in Lviv and Bryukhovychy. The decisions are related to the lack of necessary documents and the inconsistency of urban planning documentation.
Therefore, the executive committee of the Lviv City Council refused:
– in the construction of a multi-apartment residential building with the demolition of the existing building at 30 Dovhiy Street, 30-B in Lviv;
– in making changes to urban planning conditions and restrictions on the new construction of a multi-apartment residential building on Kurortny Proezd Street, 3 in the village of Bryukhovychi of the Lviv community;
– in the provision of town planning conditions and restrictions for the reconstruction of a group of non-residential premises No. 83 for an apartment in an apartment building No. 7-E on Pymonenka Street in Lviv.
All refusals are related to an incomplete package of documents and inconsistency of urban planning documentation.
