On 16 June, a regular meeting of the executive committee of Yavoriv City Council was held, at which 33 items on the agenda concerning the community’s development and day-to-day life were considered.
Members of the executive committee supported amendments to the budget of the Yavoriv community and local programmes for 2026. Decisions were also adopted on setting the tariff for wastewater disposal services for Yavoriv KEC, supporting structural units of the Ministry of Justice and further monitoring of the implementation of the Yavoriv community Development Strategy.
A separate block of decisions concerned social protection of residents. They considered the provision of social services, one-off financial assistance to residents of the community, support for the installation of memorial signs for the community’s Defenders, assistance to internally displaced persons, as well as matters relating to ensuring citizens’ housing rights. In addition, a number of decisions were adopted in the field of guardianship and care.
The executive committee also agreed the granting of permits for outdoor trading and other economic matters related to the functioning of the community.
