Members of the executive committee of the Chervonograd City Council approved the results of the competition for the determination of automobile carriers for the right to transport passengers on public bus routes #2, #3, #4, #4A, #7, and #277.
This was reported today in the Chervonograd City Council.
Avto-Line LLC was recognized as the winner of the competition, which will operate on the following routes:
– No. 2 (Bus station – Lvivska Street, St. Volodymyr Street (Autopark));
– No. 3 (Bus station – Zastava);
– No. 4 and 4A (Bus station – VGRZ – Bus station)
– No. 7 (Chervonograd AS – Hirnyk).
The term of the agreement (if concluded) is 5 years.
Penalties for non-fulfillment of the terms of the contract are provided for in the corresponding appendix, in particular:
– for non-fulfillment of obligations by the Carrier, in terms of non-fulfillment of the traffic schedule approved by the Organizer (regularity below 90% of planned flights per month), based on the results of work in the reporting period (month), the latter shall pay a fine in the amount of 200 tax-free minimum incomes of citizens;
– in the event that the carrier does not allocate the planned number of vehicles within 3 days per month, in particular, the release of vehicles on the route in an amount below 90% of the number determined by the contract, the latter pays a fine in the amount of 200 tax-free minimum incomes of citizens;
– for the improper quality of the provision of services by the Carrier (adherence to the traffic schedule, comfort and cleanliness of vehicles, availability of information for passengers, number of rolling stock on the route), which is confirmed by relevant inspection reports of the Organizer and Carrier representatives, the Carrier shall pay a fine in the amount of 100 tax-free minimum incomes of citizens .
Another participant of the TzDV competition “Chervonogradske ATP-14628” on bus route No. 3 (Autovokzal – Zastava) was recognized as the second place winner. Therefore, the executive committee decided not to allow this company to participate in the competition on bus route No. 277 (Chervonograd AC – Mezhirechye) in connection with the submission of a proposal that does not meet the conditions of the competition (insufficient number of passenger seats in vehicles).
