From now on, in addition to the landline number (032) 297 57 95, the Support Service of Administrative Services Centers in Lviv also has a mobile number – 093 297 57 95.
“You can contact the Support Service of Tsnap by mobile number. Not so long ago, our client wrote a review on the feedback form with a request to add mobile communication to our information number. You asked – we did. We hope this will facilitate your communication, and we will become even more accessible to you,” the city’s administrative services department notes.
The new number is currently in test mode, so temporary interruptions are possible. The cost of calls is according to the tariffs of your mobile operator.
We will remind you that the network of administrative service centers in the Lviv community includes 6 divisions in Lviv, 3 more divisions in Vynnyky, Rudnoy, Bryukhovychy, as well as offices in Zashkov, Ryasne-Rusky and Lysynychy. In total, about 400 services can be obtained from TsNAP, and now 17 more services, which were previously provided by regional administration units, have become available.
