In the Drohobych community, another phase of the restoration of road S140429, which connects the villages of Sniatynka and Rykhtychi, has been completed. The renewed section, almost 900 metres long, was funded by the regional and local budgets.
The Mayor Taras Kuchma inspected the completed work alongside local government representatives: Director of the City Management Department Andriy Pautyna, Regional Council Deputy Serhii Olenych, and others. They discussed plans for further repair work.
During the repair, the old surface was loosened, a base of crushed stone and sand mixture was laid, and a new layer of asphalt was applied. According to Kuchma, during such challenging wartime conditions, it is important not to halt the support and development of road infrastructure as it is crucial for traffic safety and the comfortable life of residents.
The joint efforts of the City Council and the Lviv Regional State Administration make it possible to find the necessary resources to support critical infrastructure during this difficult period.
