The construction of solid fuel boiler houses for Sosnivka Lyceum and Gymnasiums No. 7 and No. 14 is nearing completion.
At the end of last year, the city council took a loan of 16,962,807 UAH to provide educational institutions with alternative heating. Based on the tender results, the sole participant and winner of the auctions for the installation of boiler houses was PP ‘MP Santekhmontazh’.
The capacity of the boiler houses for Sosnivka Lyceum and Gymnasium No. 7 is 400 kW each, and for Gymnasium No. 14 — 600 kW. It will provide heating not only for the educational institution but also for the shelter housing internally displaced persons, as well as the Sosnivka Music School. **The solid fuel boilers will run on pellets.**
Currently, preparatory work is underway at both the school and kindergarten boiler houses for the launch of the heat carrier with the start of the heating season, which, according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, will begin on November 1.
