The Lviv Regional Perinatal Centre has received humanitarian aid from representatives of American organisations Direct Relief and the Christian Medical Association. The aid includes essential daily use medicines, instruments, and consumables, which will assist medical staff in providing quality support to patients, especially newborns.
The cooperation has been ongoing for a considerable time. Previously, thanks to these partners, the centre received Tesla Powerwall 2.0 systems that ensure uninterrupted power supply to departments, particularly neonatal intensive care and the reproductive technologies department.
During the visit, guests from the USA inspected the centre’s shelter and highly praised its functionality. The centre’s staff expressed gratitude for the support and hoped for continued collaboration with international partners to support Ukrainian medical institutions.
