In Lviv, doctors unexpectedly discovered a rare esophageal tumor during a hernia removal surgery.
Surgeons from the St. Panteleimon Hospital of the First Medical Association of Lviv encountered a unique clinical case. They successfully removed not only the hernia but also a rare tumor hidden under the mucous membrane.
“It was an extraordinary situation, but our specialists acted clearly and professionally,” the hospital noted.
