Lviv doctors have successfully performed one of the most complex cardiac surgeries – Ferrazzi – for the tenth time.
Cardiac surgeons at the St. Panteleimon Hospital of the First Medical Association of Lviv saved 50-year-old Oleh Khomych from Volyn from the risk of sudden death. He had been suffering from heart problems for over nine years. All three doctors worked in special medical attire: blue coats, caps, and masks.
“There were such terrifying states, it’s hard to describe: shortness of breath, dizziness, the feeling that I’m about to faint,” recalls Oleh Khomych.
