On 27 May, Lviv region is forecast to experience extreme and high fire danger, according to the Lviv Regional Hydrometeorological Centre.
According to meteorologists, on this day extreme (class 5) and high (class 4) fire danger will prevail, with moderate (class 3) and low (class 2) danger expected in some areas.
The weather conditions will contribute to an increased likelihood of fires starting and spreading in ecosystems where sources of ignition are present, particularly open flames.
