During the daytime on 4 July, wind gusts from the north-west at 15–20 m/s are expected across Lviv region. This was reported by the Lviv Regional Hydrometeorological Centre.
During the bad weather, residents are advised to be cautious and follow safety rules to avoid injury and damage to property.
It is recommended not to stay under spreading trees due to the risk of falling branches, to keep a distance from power lines, and to avoid advertising hoardings, scaffolding and other unstable structures. Extra care should also be taken near the roofs of buildings.
If possible, vehicles should not be left under trees or structures that may be damaged by strong winds.
In the event of a dangerous situation, you should call the Rescue Service on 101.
