25–27 May, an elevated level of fire danger is forecast across Lviv region, which may contribute to the occurrence and spread of fires in ecosystems.
According to the forecast, on 25 May a moderate (class 3) and high (class 4), and in some areas extreme (class 5) fire danger is expected. Weather conditions will favour a high likelihood of the outbreak and spread of fires in ecosystems in the presence of open flames.
Across the territory of Lviv region, from 25–27 May, a high (class 4), and in some areas extreme (class 5) fire danger will persist.
In the city of Lviv, an extreme fire danger (class 5) is forecast for this period.
