Between December 15 and 21, a total of 12,528 new cases of acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI) were reported in the Lviv region.
This figure corresponds to 509.3 cases per 100,000 residents — exceeding the defined epidemic threshold by 11%. The data indicates a significant rise in the spread of viral infections in the area.
Health authorities urge residents to follow preventive measures: avoid crowded places, wash hands frequently, ventilate rooms, and seek medical help at the first signs of illness.
