This is a pilot project of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs. The idea is to help our defenders during the transition from military service to civilian life. The project provides for the introduction of the “Veteran’s Assistant” profession. Such assistants will help veterans, their families and families of fallen soldiers to interact with all state and non-state institutions in order to quickly and easily receive the necessary services.
The pilot project will be implemented in Lviv, Vinnytsia, Mykolaiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions. In the administrative center of each community, service offices will be created, where these assistants will work and help in solving all requests.
