Approximately 1.5 million hryvnias have already been allocated for the rehabilitation of children with disabilities.
As of September 25, 2025, the management had utilized 1,496,331.65 hryvnias of budgetary funds for the implementation of the rehabilitation program for children with disabilities, approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 27, 2019, No. 309 (with amendments).
“We urge parents to submit documents in a timely manner to include the child in the list of recipients of rehabilitation services in 2025.”
To provide the child with rehabilitation measures, it is necessary to submit: an application in the prescribed form from one of the parents; Ukrainian citizen’s passport of one of the parents; identification code of one of the parents; birth certificate or passport of the child; identification code of the child; MSEC certificate of the child’s disability; individual rehabilitation program for the child with disabilities and medical card in form No. 027-o.
