On 20 June, an increased fire danger is forecast across the region: an extreme level (class 5) will prevail, with a high level (class 4) expected in places. In the mountain areas and foothills, fire danger will range from low (class 2) to moderate (class 3).
Under such weather conditions, the risk of fires starting and spreading rapidly in ecosystems increases significantly in the presence of ignition sources, particularly open flames. Residents are urged to exercise maximum caution while in the countryside and to refrain from lighting campfires in forests and fields.
