The Centre for Pulmonary Health’s mobile X-ray unit will be operating from 13 to 31 July in the settlements of the Khyriv, Dobromyl, Peremyshliany and Drohobych communities of Lviv region. Residents of these areas will be able to undergo a free X-ray examination of the organs of the chest.
The Centre for Pulmonary Health emphasises that the mobile X-ray visits help to detect tuberculosis and other lung diseases at an early stage, when treatment is most effective. Examination is particularly recommended for people with a prolonged cough, shortness of breath, raised temperature without an obvious cause, weight loss, as well as those who belong to risk groups.

- 20.07 – village of Chemeryntsi (Peremyshliany community);
- 21.07 – villages of Bachiv, Dusaniv (Peremyshliany community);
- 22.07 – villages of Tuchne, Dobryanychi (Peremyshliany community);
- 23.07 – villages of Podusilna, Bolotnia (Peremyshliany community);
- 24.07 – villages of Korelychi, Ivanivka (Peremyshliany community);
- 27.07 – villages of Bryukhovychi, Mereshchiv (Peremyshliany community);
- 28.07 – village of Bilka (Peremyshliany community);
- 29.07 – villages of Vovkiv, Brykun (Peremyshliany community);
- 30.07 – village of Nahuievychi (Drohobych community);
- 31.07 – villages of Pletenychi, Malyi Polyukhiv (Peremyshliany community).
The examinations will be carried out by specialists from the Lviv Regional Phthisiopulmonology Clinical Treatment and Diagnostic Centre.
