A specialized surgery clinic received a valuable gift from benefactors in Switzerland.
The new equipment for the Children’s Medicine Center was delivered by the Lviv People’s Self-Defense. The Self-Defense team, together with Swiss-born Ukrainian Mattei, took on communication with the Zuerich Hilft der Ukraine fund and all logistics – many thanks!
“This microscope has 15x magnification and is indispensable during reconstructive and plastic interventions. It is also used for microvascular anastomoses and surgical treatment of oncopathologies. For our clinic, where children with congenital and acquired defects are operated on daily, this equipment is invaluable. From the entire surgical team, we sincerely thank the benefactors,” said pediatric and plastic surgeon Orest Leshnevsky.
Thanks to this support, doctors will be able to perform even more precise and safer surgeries, and young patients will recover faster. We thank everyone who helps save children’s lives and develop medicine in Ukraine.
