The Social Welfare Department of the Drohobych community has reported that, as of 25 August 2026, UAH 2,173,129 of budget funds have already been used for the rehabilitation of children with disabilities. Funding is provided in accordance with the Procedure approved by Resolution No. 309 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 27.03.2019 (as amended).
Parents are urged to submit documents in advance so that their child can be included in the list of recipients of rehabilitation services in 2026.
To ensure that a child receives rehabilitation services, the following documents must be submitted:
- an application in the prescribed form from one of the parents;
- the Ukrainian citizen’s passport of one of the parents;
- the taxpayer registration card number (identification code) of one of the parents;
- the child’s birth certificate or passport;
- the child’s identification code;
- the MSEC certificate confirming the child’s disability;
- the individual rehabilitation programme for the child with a disability;
- medical record in form No. 027-o.
Documents are accepted at the following addresses:
- Drohobych, Rynok Square, 1, office 10;
- Stebnyk, 8 Mazepy Street.
