As of 1 June 2026, the Department of Social Protection of the Population has already used UAH 920,468 of budget funds for the rehabilitation of children with disabilities. Assistance is provided in accordance with the Procedure approved by Resolution No. 309 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 27.03.2019 (as amended).
The Department calls on parents to submit documents in advance so that their child can be included in the list of recipients of rehabilitation services in 2026.
To ensure that the child can undergo rehabilitation, the following documents must be submitted:
- an application in the prescribed form from one of the parents;
- Ukrainian citizen’s passport of one of the parents;
- taxpayer registration card number (identification code) of one of the parents;
- the child’s birth certificate or passport;
- the child’s identification code;
- disability certificate for the child issued by the MSEC;
- individual rehabilitation programme for the child with a disability;
- medical record in form No. 027-o.
