In Drohobych, Water with Increased Chlorine Content

On 27 March in Drohobych, Stebnyk, and the settlements of the Drohobych and Stryi districts, which receive water from the ‘Hirne’ and ‘Urizh’ water intakes, water will be supplied with an increased chlorine content. This is due to the hyperchlorination of the ‘Hirne’, ‘Urizh’ water intakes and the water supply network according to the company’s schedule.

Consumers are advised to let the water stand for one hour and to use it only after boiling. Hyperchlorination is carried out several times a year to disinfect the water supply networks.
