Another round of water quality checks has been carried out in Lviv’s municipal swimming pools. On 9 September, specialists from the chemical laboratory of the municipal enterprise «Administrative and Technical Management» took eight water samples from nine pools in the city.
The inspection covered the Delfin pool on 12a Trylovskoho St (25-metre pool), the pool at the sports palace of GD «LOO FST «Dynamo» on 53 Vitovskoho St, the 50-metre pool at the Plyazh water park on 114 Kn. Olhy St, the pool at the UNIFORCE fitness complex on 18 Melnyka St, as well as the Try Stykhii wellness centre on 36 Shchyretska St (children’s, 25-metre and 50-metre pools) and the training and sports base for summer sports of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine (SKA) on 39a Kleparivska St (indoor and outdoor pools).
According to the results of the laboratory tests, the water samples did not show any exceedance of the maximum permissible concentrations for the indicators monitored during such inspections.
The municipal enterprise notes that similar inspections of Lviv’s swimming pools are carried out regularly in order to monitor the sanitary condition of the water and ensure the safety of visitors.
