The 2nd Youth Medical Forum – 2026 has begun in Lviv

The 2nd Youth Medical Forum – 2026 has begun in Lviv, bringing together students, lecturers, medical professionals, paramedics and physical therapists from various regions of Ukraine and from abroad. This was reported by the Lviv Regional Council.

The participants were welcomed by the Chief of Staff of the Lviv Regional Council, Yaroslav Hasiak. He stressed that the country's future is shaped in lecture halls and classrooms, and that young professionals are building a strong medical community in Ukraine.

Member of the Lviv Regional Council Fr. Mykola Biliak drew attention to the importance of humanity and compassion in the work of medical professionals, particularly in the context of the development of modern technologies.

During the forum, participants are discussing the development of medical education, the training of paramedics and physical therapists, issues of patient rehabilitation, the introduction of innovation in medicine, as well as the role of medical professionals in wartime conditions.
