A new holmium laser has started operating at the Second Medical Association in Lviv, helping to treat prostate adenoma.

“The urology department of the Second Medical Association of Lviv has had a holmium laser for several months now — the most modern equipment, the only one in Western Ukraine… Each year, we perform surgeries on more than a thousand patients in the urology department,” said the general director Vasyl Trunkwalter.
