The Novoyavorivsk City Council announced the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation with the company Helsi, opening new opportunities for the medical sector in the community. Thanks to this, residents will be able to use smartphones to manage medical services: from finding a doctor and registering for appointments to receiving online consultations and accessing electronic medical records, diagnoses, and test results.
From now on, the hospital will have modern tools for monitoring the dynamics of diseases and controlling the number of patient inquiries, along with technical and service support from Helsi. One of the special aspects of the innovations is the project “Veteran’s Medical Support,” which includes special sections for fast-track registration for examinations and consultations.
Helsi will also help organize health screenings for people aged 40+ and provide personalized notifications that will help patients receive timely reminders of visits, doctors’ recommendations, and current news from the medical facility. Together with Helsi, we are creating comfortable conditions in the digital space of medicine for the community.
