The municipal institution of the Lviv Regional Council “Lviv Regional Blood Service Centre”, together with the Peremyshliany City Council, is organising a mobile donor day in Peremyshliany. The event will take place on 25 August within the Peremyshliany community.
A memorandum of cooperation has been signed between the Blood Service Centre and the Peremyshliany City Council. The document was concluded by the Director of the Centre Artash Amizian and the Mayor of Peremyshliany Oleksandr Zozulia. The agreement provides for the systematic replenishment of the donor blood bank, meeting the needs of medical institutions and supporting wounded Ukrainian servicemen and servicewomen.
As part of this cooperation, on 25 August specialists from the Lviv Regional Blood Service Centre will collect blood in Peremyshliany. Donor reception will begin at 09:00 at the following address: Peremyshliany, 3A Pryvokzalna Street.
The Centre stresses the importance of community residents taking part in the campaign, as donor blood is critically necessary for treating patients and saving military personnel.
“We urge community residents to join the donation. Through our joint efforts we are providing a reliable medical support line for our defenders, both men and women,” the Centre commented.
