
The EU Advisory Mission has provided equipment to the Lviv psychological support center for police officers.
On January 21, representatives of the European Union Advisory Mission visited the Lviv psychological support space. Among them were Lynn Sheehan, Hannelore Vallier, Eugenia Morozova, Thorbjorn Hermansson, and Daria Semenova. From the Lviv police, Vasyl Ivanovych, Volodymyr Fedkiv, and Ivan Kulynych were present.
The psychological service specialists, led by Oleksandr Kovbych, familiarized the guests with the work of the center. They expressed gratitude for the cooperation and support, which allows them to perform their duties at a higher level.
The mission representatives handed over inventory to effectively ensure the socio-psychological support of police officers. They expressed thanks to Ukrainian partners for their contribution to supporting police officers’ mental health in wartime conditions.
The “Blue Sky for Ukraine” center opened in Lviv on July 22, 2025. It provides structured psychological assistance to police officers and their families. The project is developed in partnership with the EU Advisory Mission, the National Police of Ukraine, and experts from the Netherlands.
