Chervonohrad community is among the leaders in the region in purchasing unmanned aerial vehicles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
From February 24, 2022, to February 24, 2024, the Executive Committee of Chervonohrad City Council purchased 59 drones worth UAH 9,195,000. Only Lviv City Council (UAH 145,804,000), Horodok City Council (UAH 18,110,000), and Solonkiv Village Council (UAH 13,028,000) are ahead of us.
The research on the procurement of quadcopters, FPV drones and other unmanned aerial vehicles by local councils and district and regional administrations using the Prozorro platform was conducted by the NGO “Public Monitoring of Ukraine”.
In total, the number of UAVs purchased by communities and local administrations for the needs of the Armed Forces from the beginning of the full-scale war from February 24, 2022 to February 24, 2024 is 36248 units and 60 sets worth UAH 2 billion 763 million 287 thousand. For more details, click here
