Truskavets mourns the fallen Hero Andrii Dobronovskyi. Known by his call sign “Dobryi”, he was always distinguished by his kindness. Despite his young age of 31, he left a significant impact among friends and acquaintances.
Born on 22 February 1994, he earned respect as a rescuer. His mother could never have imagined that three decades later a great war would take her only son.
Symbolically, on 3 April, Andrii returns home, but not in the way his family and the Truskavets community had hoped. His return was accompanied by numerous hearses and people honouring his memory.
The funeral procession passed by his old school and home, then to the Church of Saint Prophet Elijah to pay final respects. The Parastas will be held today at 18:00, and the funeral is planned for tomorrow at 13:00.
