The life of Junior Sergeant Anton Soroka was cut short during the execution of a combat mission in the Donetsk region. It is reported that the 25-year-old hero died on 17 May 2024 near Kostiantynivka.
Family and friends of Anton, a combat medic in the mechanised platoon of military unit A4574, had long hoped for his return, as he was considered missing. However, confirmation of his death dashed these hopes.
Everyone who knew Anton expresses their condolences and emphasises the significance of his sacrifice for our independence. His memory will always live in the hearts of his compatriots, and his name will join the ranks of the Heavenly Legion.
