Today, the Belsk community welcomed home their Hero, Ruslan Drobyshev, who returned on his shield.
From early morning at the entrance of the village Tsebliv, the community came out to meet their Defender. People knelt down, bowed their heads, held flags, and silently wept. Today Ruslan Ivanovych Drobyshev returned home for the last time – to the home that awaited its master so eagerly.
The hardest today – for his mother. Now she will plant flowers near the house, and he will not come out to meet her. She will prepare dinner, and his place will remain empty. She will wait, as she waited all her life…
“My child, let me come to him, I will say a word to him…Ruslan…” – his mother repeated through sobs.
The last journey of Ruslan Ivanovych home… The last path among loved ones, tears, and prayers. Today the entire community wept. Because we lost not just a warrior – we lost a son of Ukraine, a part of our common soul.
Bright memory to you, our Hero. You returned home. Not as we dreamed. But with honor. And now you are forever – in our hearts, in our memory, in our land.
