On November 22, Lviv will hold a farewell ceremony for three servicemen who died defending Ukraine.
The city council urges residents and visitors to join the event and refrain from entertainment activities. “The city hall calls on Lviv residents and visitors to join the city farewell ceremony and refrain from holding entertainment activities and celebrations at this time,” reports the official city hall website.
The funeral service will begin at 11:00 at the Garrison Church of Saints Apostles Peter and Paul. The citywide farewell ceremony will take place at Rynok Square at 11:30. The defenders will be buried at the Lychakiv Cemetery.
