Today, in Horodok district, a warrior returns for the last time on his shield — Mykhailo Komarovsky from Mshana. At 13:15, the cortege with the warrior’s body departs from Lviv. Residents will meet the Hero on the road to the village by the Cross. Parastasis will take place at 19:00, and the funeral will be held the following day at the local cemetery.
On 25 April 2026, defending Ukraine, scout warrior of military unit A 5223, Mykhailo Yevhenovych Komarovsky, born on 05.04.1969, died as a result of an enemy drone strike in the village of Ivot in Sumy region.
Mykhailo was known for his honour, bravery, and dedication. Residents with family, close ones, and comrades bow their heads, sharing the sorrow. Fond memories of the defender will remain, and his courage will be honoured forever.
