In Dobrotvir, they bid a sorrowful farewell to their defender, young officer Nazariy Gabrus. He dreamt of a military career since childhood and died defending Ukraine. Graduating with the rank of lieutenant, he completed the National Academy of Land Forces in 2025.
He was known as a responsible and kind friend and warrior. The community, relatives, and friends gathered to honour him, enveloped in irreparable grief. It’s impossible to quell the pain of loss, but in our hearts, he will remain a hero who defended the peace and independence of his land.
He was only 22 years old. The image of a young, brave, and indomitable warrior will remain in our memories forever. Eternal memory and everlasting recognition to the Hero!
