The defender Vasyl Pryimak is returning to his home community “on the shield”. The mourning cortege with the serviceman’s body is expected to be received in Sheptytskyi at approximately 14:00.
After the cortege arrives, a memorial service and funeral rite will be held in the Church of St Josaphat. The burial of Vasyl Pryimak is planned for the Heroes’ Alley of the Bendyuzke Cemetery.
Residents of the community are being urged to give the defender a dignified farewell on his final journey and to honour his memory.
