On 21 August at 13:30 in Sokal, by the Church of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul, the body of the fallen defender Vasyl Kryvulia will be received. This was reported by Sokal City Council.
After the reception ceremony in Sokal, the funeral cortege will proceed to the settlement of Zhvyrka. There, in the local church, a panikhida and the burial service will take place immediately.
Vasyl Kryvulia will be laid to rest on the Avenue of Glory at the local cemetery in Zhvyrka.
The community is being urged to join the farewell and honour the memory of the fallen defender.
