Staff Sergeant of the 7th Carpathian Border Detachment Tetiana Cherepovska ranked among the top three at the World Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship, which took place in Spain under the auspices of the IFBB.
The competition was held from 29 October to 2 November in the city of Santa Susanna (Kingdom of Spain). The tournament brought together more than 1,200 athletes from over 100 countries around the world.
Serving as part of Ukraine’s national team, border guard servicewoman Tetiana Cherepovska took to the stage. Based on the results of her performance, she won a bronze medal in the category “SEMI-PRO MASTER WOMEN’S BODYFITNESS 40–44 YEARS OPEN”.
In total, Ukraine was represented at the championship by 41 athletes, who competed in various disciplines and weight and age categories.
On her return to Ukraine, colleagues met Tetiana Cherepovska at the border, congratulated her on her honourable third place, praised her perseverance and worthy performance on the world stage, and wished her further sporting success.
