Fires in Lviv Region: Call for Compliance with Safety Rules
Twenty-three fires have been registered within a day, 16 of which occurred in ecosystems. Two buildings were saved. No one was injured due to the fires.
Recommendations from the State Emergency Service
The Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Lviv region urges citizens to adhere to fire safety rules:
- do not smoke in bed;
- monitor the condition and functionality of the electrical network;
- do not leave electrical appliances on when leaving the premises;
- do not leave young children unattended, and do not allow them to play with matches;
- try to avoid overloading electrical networks, and do not simultaneously turn on high-power household electrical appliances;
- do not burn dry grass.
