The Lviv branch of LLC “Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine” (Sheptytskyi UEGG) has reported a temporary shutdown of gas supply to residents of Heroiv UPA Street in the city of Sokal.
The emergency disconnection occurred as a result of system overload following the restoration of electricity. The simultaneous activation of heating devices caused excessive pressure on the gas distribution networks, leading to a disruption in gas delivery.
Emergency repair work on the affected section of the gas network is scheduled for December 7, 2025, starting at 08:00 a.m.
The company asks residents of Heroiv UPA Street to be understanding about the temporary inconvenience and assures that all necessary measures will be taken to restore gas supply as quickly as possible.
