An exhibition about the “Heavenly Army” will open in Shevchenkivskyi Grove

The Museum of Folk Architecture and Life in Lviv named after Klymentii Sheptytskyi invites you to the opening of Albina Yaloza’s exhibition “The Altar of the Heavenly Host”. It will take place on August 26 at 3:00 p.m. in the church from the village of Yazlivchyk (ethno-sector of Lviv region).

Artist Albina Yaloza has been working with sacred themes for many years. Her exhibition deals with the metaphorical concept of the “heavenly army”, i.e. angels, cherubim or archangels, which make up the Lord’s army. Mystkina visualizes and draws parallels between angelic ranks and modern Ukrainian soldiers, volunteers, and all those who stand as a wall in defense of the truth and will of our native land.

Albina was born in Kharkiv, but has been living and working in the capital for a long time, where she takes an active part in all-Ukrainian and international art events. Since 2010, he has been a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine.

The exhibition can be visited until October 26.
