Analysts from Transparency International Ukraine assess the openness of regional centers in Ukraine. Lviv scored 63 points, taking third place in the ranking.
The study was conducted in September 2025 among 10 regional centers, including Kyiv. Municipalities were evaluated based on 40 indicators of European standards.
The highest score was achieved by Dnipro with 66 points, and Odesa secured the second place with 64 points. Poltava, Kharkiv, and Lutsk received the lowest scores.
